Defining Our Professional Foundation.

1. Nature of Engagement

All services provided by ABCDXPERTS are advisory and intermediary in nature. We provide documentation support and regulatory guidance for insurance and compliance sectors. We do not act as an underwriter or a law firm.

2. Strategic Advisory Boundaries

While we strive for absolute accuracy in our documentation-related notifications, final outcomes of insurance claims or statutory filings are determined by the respective governing bodies. ABCDXPERTS acts as a facilitator and support partner. we do not guarantee specific outcomes as these are subject to third-party adjudications (i.e., Insurers or Government Registrars).

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, advisory templates, proprietary frameworks, and branding elements present on this website are the intellectual property of ABCDXPERTS. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of our advisory methodologies for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action under Indian IP laws.

4. User Representations & Compliance

By engaging our services, you represent that:

  • The information provided for advisory processing is authentic and non-fraudulent.
  • You have the legal authority to represent the business entity mentioned in the enquiry.
  • You will use the advisory provided only for legitimate statutory and business purposes.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Our advisory is provided on an 'as-is' basis. ABCDXPERTS disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall ABCDXPERTS be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our advisory support.

6. Force Majeure & Termination

ABCDXPERTS shall not be liable for any failure to perform its advisory obligations where such failure results from any cause beyond our reasonable control, including, without limitation, mechanical, electronic or communications failure. We reserve the right to terminate advisory support if a user is found in violation of these Terms or the Privacy Policy.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of Rajasthan, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim.

8. Refund & Cancellation Policy

ABCDXPERTS provides professional advisory and documentation support services. Due to the nature of these services, the following refund and cancellation terms apply:

  • Consultation Fees: Fees paid for initial consultation or advisory reports are non-refundable once the professional service has been delivered or the report has been generated.
  • Service Cancellation: Clients may cancel a service request within 24 hours of payment, provided that no significant work has been commenced. In such cases, a full refund (minus administrative processing fees) will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  • Rejection by Authorities: ABCDXPERTS is not liable for refunds in cases where statutory filings are rejected by government bodies due to client ineligibility or provision of incorrect data.

9. WhatsApp Terms & Conditions

By opting in to communicate with ABCDXPERTS via WhatsApp, you agree to the following usage rules:

  • Business Use Only: Our WhatsApp channel is strictly for professional enquiries, service updates, and document sharing related to our advisory services.
